Icing Sugar
Icing Sugar is finely ground white sugar. It is mainly used for glazing and decoration. For example, you can sieve Icing Sugar over cakes, desserts and apple slices so that it settles like fine snow on the surface. Potato starch is used in our Icing Sugar.
