Ingredients
40 g Dansukker Cane Sugar Granulated
17 g salt flakes
10 g dark chocolate, grated
30 g garlic powder
10 g onion powder
2 tbsp ground cumin
15 g chilli powder
5 g ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Massage the rub into the meat to be grilled and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before grilling. The rub is good for chicken, beef, chops and ribs. It can also be used to flavour dishes such as chilli con carne, goulash and meat stews.
