Cheese and pear salad with warm dressing

Ingredients

500-700 ml mixed salad leaves
2 pears
200 g gorgonzola or other cheese
50 g walnuts, coarsely chopped

Dressing
50 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
50 ml white balsamic vinegar
30 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
15 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
15 ml liquid margarine
2 g black pepper, coarsely ground
1 g salt

Instructions

Rinse the salad leaves and leave them to drain on a towel. Put them on a serving dish. Peel the pears, cut them into wedges and arrange them on top of the salad leaves. Cut the cheese into pieces and arrange them on the serving dish. Sprinkle the walnuts on top. Combine the dressing ingredients and bring the mixture to the boil. Pour the warm dressing over the cheese and pears. Serve immediately with some good bread.
