Ingredients
1 dl Dansukker Granulated sugar
1 dl plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 dl porridge oats
1 dl desiccated coconut
3/4 dl dried apricots, finely chopped
3/4 dl chopped walnuts
1/2 dl butter or margarine, softened
1 tbsp Dansukker Light Syrup
1 tbsp water
Instructions
Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the butter or margarine, syrup, and water and work into a soft dough. Using a teaspoon, place the dough in mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the centre of the oven at 165°C for about 15 minutes until the cakes are golden brown and crisp. Leave to stand on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then place on a rack to cool. Store in a dry, airtight container.
