Ingredients
300 g minced beef
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1-2 tsp chilli powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped (optional)
4 dl cooked kidney beans
1-2 tomatoes, sliced
4 small balls of mozzarella
4 black olives, halved
Cress or sprouted seeds
Dressing
1 dl crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp oil
2-3 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dansukker Light Syrup
1 grated garlic clove
Instructions
Fry the mince, onion and garlic in the butter/margarine in a frying pan. Season with salt, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and sugar. Stir in the beans. Arrange on four plates. Put two tomato slices in the centre of the salad. Place half a mozzarella ball on each tomato slice and press half an olive onto each mozzarella ball. Arrange sprouts or cress above the tomato slices to make hair. Mix together the ingredients for the dressing. Serve the dressing alongside the salad. Serve with bread if you like, for example skeleton rolls.
