Four fruit marmalade

Ingredients

1 untreated red grapefruit
2 untreated oranges
2 untreated lemons
2 untreated limes
5 dl water
1 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar 

Instructions

Wash the fruit thoroughly. Cut off the outer peel, and cut the peel into thin strips. Remove all the pith from the peel. Chop the fruit into small pieces. Mix the peel and chopped fruit in a pan with the water, and cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the jam sugar and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Skim off any scum. Pour the marmalade into warm, sterilised jars. Seal. Store in a cool place.
