Ingredients

Base
3 eggs
100 g Dansukker Cane Sugar
45 g plain flour
30 g graham flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Filling
200 g Philadelphia cream cheese light
50 ml low-fat crème fraîche
2-3 tbsp Dansukker Cane Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
1 tsp cardamom

Garnish
fresh berries and/or fruit

Instructions

Cover the bottom of a spring-form baking tin with greaseproof paper. Beat the eggs and cane sugar until fluffy. Mix the remaining tart base ingredients and pour into the mixture. Bake in the centre of the oven at 200 °C for approx. 15 minutes. Loosen the tart base from the edge of the tin and remove. Remove the greaseproof paper from the tart base. Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the tart base. Decorate the tart with fruit or berries of your choice.
