Ingredients
Scandinavian fruit crumble
100 g butter at room temperature
85 g Dansukker Organic Sugar
40 g Dansukker Organic Light Syrup
40 g porridge oats
60 g plain flour
1 pinch of salt
400 g berries
Uncooked vanilla custard
2 egg yolks
40 g Dansukker Organic Sugar
20 g Dansukker Organic Light Syrup
5 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
200 ml double cream
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the crumble. Put the berries on double sheets of foil and top with crumble. Do not close the foil bundles completely.
Cook the berry crumbles on the barbecue, preferably at a high temperature and with the lid on, for approx. 10-15 minutes. You can also bake the crumbles in the oven in individual tins at 200°C (with fan) for approx. 15-17 minutes.
Make your own quick vanilla custard. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, syrup and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Whip the cream in a separate bowl and fold it into the mixture.
Serve the crumbles with the vanilla custard.
