Ingredients
175 g butter or margarine
180 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
3 eggs
300 g wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
3 tbsp milk or water
For the baking tin

90 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
Decoration
Dansukker Icing Sugar
Instructions
Grease the baking tin and sprinkle in the sugar. Stir the butter/margarine and the sugar until light and airy. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and fold into the batter alternately with the milk/water. Pour the batter into the greased baking tin and bake the sponge cake at 175 °C for approx. 45 minutes. Turn it out and leave to cool.
Place a stencil on top of the cake and dust with icing sugar.
