Krabbelurer (small pancakes)
Ingredients
150 ml Dansukker Granulated Sugar
450 ml flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
2 eggs
150 ml milk
Butter or margarine for frying
Instructions
Combine the sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add the egg and milk and stir to make a smooth paste.
Fry the pancakes in a frying pan.
Ideal for taking on picnics, and equally delicious served at home with a little jam and whipped cream.
