Marinade for chicken with Light Syrup

Ingredients

1 finely chopped onion
150 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
50 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
7 g fresh tarragon
7 g salt
3 g ground pepper

Instructions

Mix onion, lemon juice, syrup, tarragon, salt and pepper. Place chicken pieces, e.g. legs, in the marinade for 2-3 hours. Grill or roast the chicken pieces.
