Ingredients
2 tbsp Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
2 tsp fennel seeds
2 crushed garlic cloves
Salt flakes
Black pepper
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Put meat/fish in double freezer bags and pour over the marinade. Shake the bag so that the marinade coats the food properly. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, taking it out to give it a shake every now and then. If you are grilling vegetables, it is better to brush the marinade on afterward to avoid it dripping onto the grill pan. The marinade is enough for about 1 kg of marinated ingredients.
