Pineapple drink with ginger

Ingredients

1 dl Dansukker Dark Candy Sugar
1 dl water
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
4 dl pineapple juice
2 dl orange juice
80 ml light rum

Instructions

Mix the candy sugar and water in a saucepan, cover and simmer until the sugar melts. Remove from the heat and add the ginger. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Add both juices. Heat through but do not allow to boil. Divide the rum between four glasses. Strain the drink and divide it between the glasses.
