Ingredients

600 ml water
1000 g raspberries
180 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar
420 g Dansukker Muscovado Syrup
Juice of half a lemon

Instructions

Bring the water to the boil and add the berries. Cover with a lid and leave to boil for about 10 minutes.
Mash the berries against the sides of the pan. Strain and then add sugar, muscovado syrup and lemon.
Boil for a few minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour into clean bottles and keep cool.
