Ingredients

500 g red cabbage, shredded
2 dl leeks, shredded
1 dl parsley, chopped
1 pomegranate

Marinade
2 tbsp Dansukker Brown Sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp apple juice concentrate
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

Put the red cabbage, leek and parsley in a bowl. Split the pomegranate in two, scrape out the seeds and mix into the salad. Mix all the marinade ingredients together. Pour the marinade over the salad and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
