Rhubarb sour

A refreshing drink for spring and summer parties. Use white baking syrup instead of sugar syrup. It's so easy and smooth and also makes fantastic foam.

Ingredients

30 ml undiluted rhubarb cordial
30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 ml Dansukker White Baking Syrup
5 mint leaves
1 egg white 
40 ml vodka, optional
Ice

Instructions

Shake the rhubarb juice, lemon juice, syrup, mint, egg white and vodka, if used, in a shaker. Shake without ice to build up a proper foam. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
