Ingredients

26 g Dansukker Cane Sugar
17 g salt flakes
5 g coarsely ground black pepper
5 g powdered paprika
2.5 g chilli powder
0.5 g cayenne pepper
1 g ground cumin
10 g garlic powder

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Massage the rub into the meat to be grilled and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours before grilling. Any leftover rub can be stored in a jar with a tight-fitting lid in a dark place.
