Spring salad

Ingredients

2 lettuces
1 yellow baby pepper
100 g cherry tomatoes
8 slices smoked turkey breast
200 g cream cheese e.g. Philadelphia
1 pot of fresh basil

Dressing
3 tbsp rapeseed oil
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Dansukker Light Syrup
Salt, pepper

Instructions

Rinse the lettuce carefully, separate the leaves and leave to drain on a towel. Rinse, halve (lengthwise) and de-seed and slice the pepper. Rinse and divide the tomatoes. Place the lettuce leaves on a serving dish. Add the pepper and tomatoes. Fold the turkey slices and distribute them around the plate. Remove the cheese from the packaging, divide into pieces and place around the plate. Mix the dressing ingredients together and serve with the salad.
