Strawberry mousse

Ingredients

300-400 g strawberries
300 ml double cream
45 g Dansukker Icing Sugar
2-4 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar 

Instructions

Rinse the strawberries. Reserve six for decorating the dessert. Remove the stalks and leaves from the remaining berries. Put them on a towel to drain and dry. Mash the strawberries with a fork. Whip the cream, icing sugar and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled. Fold the mashed strawberries into the cream. Divide the mousse between six individual glasses. Decorate with strawberries.
