Summer fresh strawberry-plum jam

Ingredients

600 g plums in halves
600 g strawberries
1 kg Dansukker Jam Sugar
4 tsp vanilla-flavoured sugar
150 g blanched almonds in halves or coarsely chopped

Instructions

Bring all the ingredients to the boil until the berries are tender. Remove the loose plum skins and skim thoroughly. Pour the jam into warm jars.
