Ingredients
500 g (1 litre) raspberries
2 limes
100 ml Dansukker White Syrup
2 bottles dry rosé wine
2 bottles dry, sparkling white wine
Ice
Instructions
Pick over the raspberries and rinse them if necessary. Rinse the limes thoroughly and slice them. Combine the syrup and rosé wine in a large bowl. Add the raspberries and lime slices. Add ice cubes and pour in the sparkling wine just before serving.
